Getting Started

1. Creating your DOMA account

You can create a DOMA account in under two minutes. Visit doma.io, click Sign up, enter your email and a strong password (8+ characters, mix of letters and numbers), and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to your inbox — enter it to confirm your email. Once verified, you'll be guided through identity verification (KYC). You cannot buy or redeem tokens until KYC is complete, but you can browse the dashboard and view live prices immediately.

2. Verifying your email

After signup, check your inbox for an email from DOMA containing a 6-digit code. Enter it on the verification screen. If you don't see the email within a minute, check your spam folder. You can resend the code after the cooldown timer expires. The most recent code is the only valid one — older codes stop working as soon as a new one is sent.

3. Logging in & 2FA

Log in with your email and password at doma.io. If you've enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you'll be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) after entering your password. To enable 2FA, go to Profile → Security. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it's the single biggest improvement you can make to account security.

4. Forgot your password?

On the login screen, click Forgot?. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link valid for 10 minutes. Only the most recent reset link works. Click the link, choose a new password (different from any you've used before), and you'll be signed in. If you don't receive the email, check spam or request a new link.
